We're now looking for a

Content Creator Apprentice

who's passionate about filming, editing and storytelling -- someone who wants to learn, grow and kickstart an exciting career in video content creation.

You don't need loads of experience -- just curiosity, creativity, and the drive to make great content.

The Role

As our

Content Creator Apprentice

, you'll learn how to plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and My Duvet Flip.

You'll receive structured apprenticeship training, mentorship from experienced creatives, and real responsibility in shaping content that helps young people feel inspired, confident and capable.

Your Role in

My Duvet Flip

You'll play a hands-on role in bringing the show to life, including:

Filming behind-the-scenes moments, guest arrivals and in-room reactions Capturing social-ready clips during and after episodes Editing short-form content from each recording session Turning episode highlights into punchy TikToks, Reels and YouTube Shorts Assisting editors with episode footage management and story selection Helping craft the "hook" moments that drive virality and engagement

What You'll DoFilming & Production

Assist with filming interviews, show segments, behind-the-scenes content and youth-focused stories Learn camera, lighting and audio setup for in-studio and on-location filming Capture clean footage for both long-form episodes and social-first edits Help manage equipment, media cards and shoot logistics

Editing & Post-Production

Edit videos using

DaVinci Resolve

(training provided -- no experience needed) Cut engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, YT Shorts and LinkedIn Assist with longer edits, highlight reels and show trailers Add captions, transitions, light motion graphics and sound enhancements Maintain clean, organised footage and project structures

Creative Content Development

Support idea generation for new formats, hooks, and storytelling styles Help create shot lists, scripts and interview prompts when needed Contribute creative ideas for increasing engagement and audience reach

Social & Digital Publishing

Upload, schedule and optimise videos for each platform Learn what makes content perform well through analytics and insights Help engage with audiences through comments and community responses

Apprenticeship Learning & Development

Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll receive structured training aligned with the

Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship

, including:

Video production and editing fundamentals Branding, storytelling and audience strategy Digital content workflows and planning Communication and professional skills Regular mentoring, progress reviews and employer support A recognised qualification upon completion

What We're Looking For

Passion for video, storytelling or social media Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills Basic understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or short-form content Comfortable sharing creative ideas and working with others Organised, reliable and ready to get stuck in Bonus: any experience with editing or filming (even on your phone)
