As part of our continued success, we're looking for an enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our project management team and support our Project Delivery Manager in the smooth running of projects.
The Role?This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's eager to start their career in project administration while gaining hands-on experience in a busy project management team. Working closely with the Project Delivery Manager, you'll be at the heart of project delivery, providing essential administrative support and learning how projects are delivered from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting with project documentation, reports, and records.
Helping to maintain internal systems.
Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers and customers.
General office administration including filing, emails, and data entry.
What we're looking for:
A motivated and organised individual with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
