We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing essential administrative skills. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support various administrative functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Duties



Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties. Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain organised filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately stored and easily retrievable. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping. Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing assistance as needed. Help in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient office operations. Assisting with sales and marketing.

Skills



Strong computer skills Good phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues. Basic clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development
We are a successful medical supply business based in West Sussex. We specialise in the supply of products to clinics and hospitals in the UK and Ireland.

The role would suit any individual looking to start a career in an office based role to see what aspects you enjoy but would ideally suit a school leaver/college leaver. We are able to accept candidates from 16 years old who would prefer to carry out work based learning and earn a salary rather than attend college full time.

We take the employment of new talent in to our company very seriously and fully support the Government Apprenticeship Programme. Working hours are 9am - 4pm and you will be allocated the hours off during the week to attend college remotely or in person and complete work set. There is an hour break unpaid lunch. Therefore working hours will be 30 hours per week. The pay is 8.00 per hour as set by the government guidelines for those under 19 or those in their 1st year of an apprenticeship.
