Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated

Business Administration Apprentice

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing key administrative, organisational, and communication skills. You will support various departments, including admissions, sales & marketing, and student services, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities



As a

Business Administration Apprentice

, you will:

Manage emails, correspondence, and phone calls professionally.

Assist with diary management, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.

Process invoices, raise requisitions, and handle purchase orders.

Maintain an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.

Support reception duties, including handling post and greeting visitors.

Arrange hospitality for meetings (refreshments, catering, room setup).

Coordinate onsite accommodation for visitors when needed.

Assist with departmental projects and administrative tasks.

Ensure coursework and documentation are completed on time.

Support the admissions team by contacting students & agents (calls, texts, emails).

Help the sales & marketing team with promotional activities.

Maintain office organisation, health & safety standards.

Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) efficiently.


What We're Looking For



A-Level or equivalent (preferred).

Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Maths & English.

Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.

Excellent communication & telephone manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Ability to work well in a team & independently.
