As a
Business Administration Apprentice
, you'll have an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the general operations of a business, with a particular focus on client services, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who has previous office experience and wants to advance their career in a multi-service business, learning how to provide exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver a first-class service experience to our clients
Process quotations, customer orders, and handle enquiries and queries
Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Support business administration tasks, adhering to our Company KPIs
Go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Assist with daily operational processes
Aid in report preparation
Handle client enquiries and bespoke requests
Support account management and marketing teams with CRM database updates and data entry
Perform filing and general administrative duties
Assist with logistics and distribution
The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the agreed subject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC Diploma/Standard and End Point Assessment. It may also include Functional Skills in Maths and English.

MBM Omega has experience of running successful apprenticeships with the majority of candidates progressing to full-time employment with the Company in a variety of departments. This could include: customer services, commercial team, sales, marketing, accounts and operations.
