This is a pivotal role in a small, close-knit team where your input will have real impact. You'll be responsible for ensuring our office and business processes run smoothly, allowing our creative team to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all general office administration and process management
Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors (including diary and task management)
Coordinate and develop customer service processes and client communication
Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and ordering of materials
Support business development and identify efficiency improvements
Coordinate courses and events, including logistics and catering
Maintain and update online product listings (Etsy, WooCommerce)
Handle online order fulfilment, packaging, posting, stock checks, and returns
Oversee basic financial admin (invoice tracking, scanning, liaising with accountant)
Lead proactive office management, ensuring resources and systems are well maintained
Provide occasional marketing and social media support
Manage ad hoc admin and special projects as required
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior administrative or office management role
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience managing workflows, prioritising tasks, and leading small teams or processes
Confident using Office 365 and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Etsy, WooCommerce)
Knowledge of basic accounting processes (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability
Creative mindset, flexible approach, and a problem-solving attitude
