Redbridge & Sons Property Services are recruiting for the position of a Customer Support Team Apprentice to join our expanding workforce and be part of the company's future development. You will be expected to:
Work in a busy office environment answering telephones, contacting customers
Coordinating with engineers and sub-contractors on various service breakdowns & installation work streams
Providing full support to the management teams
There is also the opportunity for the individual to work with and support the Sales & Marketing team, with regards tender opportunities along with marketing campaigns and other areas of sales processes making this a varied and comprehensive apprenticeship opportunity
Internal training will be provided, and you will be working on the company CRM software and other software systems along with Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
The position will also lead to training in areas such as purchase orders and invoicing as well as numerous accreditation system requirements
The training you will receive:
As the successful apprentice, you will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
The standard is assessed by a range of methods to meet all the knowledge, skills and behaviours. This includes: Record & Document production, Planning & Organisation, Project Management, Business Fundamentals, Relevant Regulations, Managing Performance, Personal Qualities, Responsibility.
Evidence will be collated within a portfolio of evidence.
To achieve the full Level 3, all units of the Qualification must be passed, meeting the assessment criteria.
Course Duration 21 months Plus 3 months for the EPA (End Point Assessment.)
The training provider will be Gloucester College.
Apprenticeship Delivery: Workplace Delivery with the Assessor to visit every 4- 6 weeks
The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles

With offices based in Gloucester, you must be able to get to and from work via your own transport or public transport.
Working Week:
Monday to Thursday, 8.15am - 5.00pm with 1/2 hour for lunch.
Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm with hour for lunch.
Total hours per week: 40
Apprenticeship level:
Advanced Level 3 (A level)
Expected Apprenticeship Duration:
24 Months.
