Your Role:



As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be crucial in supporting our administrative operations. This apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of business administration, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your future career. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:



Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Handling incoming calls and professionally responding to emails. Supporting the team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Maintaining accurate records and updating databases. Collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Participating in team meetings and taking minutes as required. Contributing to the development and improvement of administrative processes. Embracing learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set.

Requirements:



A genuine passion for pursuing a career in business administration. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, Grade C/4 or above. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A positive and proactive attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
