Job Overview



We are looking for a highly organised, proactive

Administrative Assistant

to support the smooth running of our office and assist our legal team with a wide range of administrative tasks.

This is a key role within the firm, and would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a busy, professional environment. You'll be joining a small, supportive team where attention to detail and a positive attitude are highly valued.

This role will also include handling aspects of our social media and marketing strategies, so someone with a keen interest in these areas and a willingness to learn would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day administrative support, including typing, scanning, photocopying, and filing Maintain and manage diaries, appointments, and meetings for solicitors Prepare and format legal correspondence and documents Maintain accurate electronic and physical client files and records Handle incoming/outgoing post, parcels, and general correspondence Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold confidentiality across all work Assist with billing, invoicing and time recording Support the onboarding of new clients, including AML checks and file setup Order and manage office supplies and liaise with service providers Provide general administrative support across the team as needed Social media management - Plan, schedule, and manage content across all platforms Creative strategy - Bring fresh, innovative ideas to marketing efforts

Requirements



A positive, polite, and professional attitude with a client-focused mindset A-Levels or equivalent (minimum); further qualifications are desirable Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional services environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience with legal case management systems (e.g. LEAP) is an advantage High level of attention to detail and organisation Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, is desirable
