Blue are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator with proven experience in water retail operations. Responsibilities



Manage and maintain key business systems, ensuring accurate data and efficient operation across customer and partner processes. Oversee daily operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Support the integration and optimisation of the company's portals and systems. Monitor and update performance and compliance metrics, producing operational reports and insights for management. Assist with the coordination and documentation of partner onboarding, contract management, and service delivery processes. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, process alignment, and issue resolution. Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve internal systems. Maintain accurate operational records and ensure all administrative procedures comply with regulatory and company standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the business.

Qualifications and Experience



Strong understanding of water retail operations, including billing, customer management, and market data flows. Experience in operations, process management, or business administration within a utilities or service-based organisation. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with CRM systems, data platforms, or operational reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and systematic approach to process improvement. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in all aspects of work.

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
