Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Managing the procurement process; working alongside the production supervisor to ensure sufficient stock in the factory on a weekly basis
Scheduling orders with the relevant logistic company, tracking through to delivery and handling any delays or disputes.
Customer service. Responding to emails by reviewing each case with production (ops director) to offer resolutions.
Packaging and delivery scheduling of material samples, maintaining sufficient stock levels.
Provide clerical support, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Support the Sales team with inbound receiving of calls/emails and follow ups as required.
Adhering to business processes and controls
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in an administrative role

Pay: 24,500.00-26,000.00 per year
