About the Position
We are currently seeking a highly organised and versatile Business Administrator to support our EHS consulting operation based in the United Kingdom. This position is a role based around the Leeds area on a hybrid basis. Part-time working is possible in this role and there is flexibility to agree preferred working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
Project support including data entry, format editing, document quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and grammatical reviews, report generation, finalising, and distribution of reports.
Managing office supplies and equipment, management of hot desk allocation and meeting rooms booking
PPE and corporate clothing orders
Subcontractor and/or vendor invoice processing and database management.
Support the Business Support Manager in other administration tasks
Attendance at off-site meetings would be required
The list is not exhaustive and other tasks need to be taken onboard as the company expands its operation.
Skills and Experience
Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
2 - 5 years of similar experience with strong grammatical proofing, editing, and formatting expertise
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SalesForce is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail in finalising client-facing PowerPoint presentations and reports
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is mandatory
