We're now looking for a confident and capable Business Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the home and ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, professionally, and with heart.

What We Offer:



14.00 per hour 40 hours per week, daytime shifts Paid PVG Company pension Free onsite parking Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata, based on full-time)

What You'll Be Doing:



As our Business Administrator, you'll be at the centre of everything from managing enquiries and keeping our records accurate, to supporting payroll, HR admin, and invoicing. You'll be a friendly face at reception, a safe pair of hands for financial processes, and a vital part of our leadership team.


No two days are quite the same but your attention to detail, your calm under pressure, and your ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile will make a real difference to our residents, their families, and your colleagues.

About You:



You'll have strong computer and office admin skills You may have experience in a care home or healthcare setting but this isn't essential A background in finance, bookkeeping or payroll is highly desirable You're warm, approachable and take pride in doing things properly You're happy to take initiative and always keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
