Summary
We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team at THE STEEL SHOP LTD. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations within our busy environment, supporting our team with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of our processes.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations of the business.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all data entry is completed efficiently.
Utilise FreeAgent for financial tracking and reporting.
Assist with clerical duties including typing, filing, and correspondence management.
Coordinate communication within the office and workshops.
Organise job files and schedules for team members.
Support inventory management by keeping track of supplies and materials.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Prior use of accounting software such as quick books, zero, FreeAgent and use of Notion would be a huge bonus.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
