We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented full-day part-time Business Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing confidential administrative tasks, e.g. HR files, overseeing service contracts, facilities management, purchase ledger, assisting with recruitment process, managing supplier relationships and has additional opportunities for the right candidate e.g. marketing
The ideal candidate will be experienced and competent in:
- MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- SOE Exact (desirable);
- Xero financial management;
- being flexible in the role
- having the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
