Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Create courier labels throughout the day as needed
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and follow up as needed
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records
List products on eBay, Etsy, and our company website
Update and maintain website content daily
Generate monthly performance reports
Prepare courier labels and track deliveries, resolving issues with late or lost shipments
Maintain an efficient office filing system
Assist the accounts team with administrative tasks
Skills & Personal Qualities
Experience in sales administration, customer service, or buying preferred
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
Quick learner, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Creative mindset with strong creative writing skills
Analytical skills for producing reports and solving problems
Proactive, with the ability to take initiative
Hours either 6:30am - 3:30pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: 24,500.00-27,000.00 per year
