We are expanding our Dumfries office and have an exciting opportunity for a professional and well organised individual to join us as a Business Administrator. This is a key role within a growing team, ideal for someone who is methodical, confident in client-facing situations, and committed to delivering high standards of service and support.
If you have experience in business support or administration and enjoy being part of a collaborative, client-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our Dumfries office. You will arrange appointments, greet visitors, and manage incoming communications with professionalism and care.
You will also provide essential administrative support to the wider team, including preparing correspondence, issuing invoices, filing records accurately, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Working closely with our partners and managers, you will help collate client information, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactive approach will be valued and supported as you grow within the role.
This is a full-time position based at our Dumfries office.
