EA Gymnastics is seeking a proactive and organized
Business Administrator
to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks from home while supporting our busy gymnastics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contact parents regarding new trial gymnasts and schedule sessions
Reach out to families on the waiting list when spaces become available
Call and manage cancellations in a professional manner
Respond promptly to incoming emails and inquiries
Direct emails to the appropriate staff or department
Support the smooth running of business operations and customer service
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confidence in handling phone calls and emails professionally
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach
Previous admin or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
