We are currently seeking an

Experienced Business Administrator

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to sustainability and excellence. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a BPSS security screening prior to an agreed commencement date.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and operational teams Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and prepare reports and documentation Maintain accurate records and support compliance with internal and external standards Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication Assist with project tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Support the implementation of sustainable business practices across operations

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a business administration role Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software Ability to work independently and collaboratively A keen interest in sustainability and low-carbon initiatives

Desirable:



Experience in property, estates, or environmental sectors Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools including Xero software Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16,500.00 per year
