At Evolve Psychology, we do things differently. Founded in 2014 by Dr Laura Powling, Evolve Psychology began with a bold aim to redefine what clinical and forensic psychology means in practice. Laura's vision was simple yet powerful: to bring care, connection, empathy, and operational excellence together, with no compromise.

What started as a small practice delivering expert witness and neurodevelopmental assessments has blossomed into a national independent psychology service. We earned our first NHS contract in 2021, launched satellite clinics to streamline access, and rolled out neurodevelopmental services to families across the UK.

The Role



As a Business Administrator at Evolve Psychology, based at our

Harrogate head office

, you will be a vital part of our business team, supporting processes across all our clinics and the remote team. You will ensure administrative tasks run smoothly across NHS and private pathways, enabling clinicians to deliver high-quality care.

You will be responsible for:



Managing appointment bookings and overseeing clinician diaries across all clinic locations Liaising with referrers, patients, clinicians and NHS Contracts Developing and maintaining databases and service delivery records Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, calls) Monitoring key service delivery databases to ensure smooth operations across all clinics Ensuring compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and information governance

Digital workflows and smart administrative tools reduce manual tasks and enhance efficiency across clinics A custom-built electronic patient record system, continuously refined based on feedback Ongoing training and onboarding to ensure confidence in all tech and systems

Candidate Requirements



Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with patient notes, CRM systems, and administration processes Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across multiple sites Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
