Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Administrator
to join our office team and support the smooth running of our operations.
The Role
This is a key administrative role that supports all areas of the business. You'll be responsible for preparing quotations and invoices, managing supplier orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective communication between customers, suppliers, and our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and issuing customer quotations and estimates
Creating purchase orders and managing supplier communications
Producing and tracking customer invoices
Coordinating deliveries, collections, and installation logistics
Maintaining accurate project and customer records
Handling general office administration and customer communication
About You
Experienced in office administration, estimating, or invoicing (essential)
Previous experience within
joinery, staircase manufacture, or construction
(highly desirable)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to multitask effectively in a busy workshop and office environment
