and have an exciting new full-time office based (on-site) role available.
We are looking for an
experienced Business Administrator,
to support to our Operations Manager and Commercial and Business Services Manager in the smooth and efficient running of our organisation.
This is a key role that combines traditional administrative responsibilities with modern business practices, ensuring our day-to-day operations run compliantly and in line with our policies and procedures.
As a central point of coordination we are looking for someone who will uphold our high standard, contribute to compliance and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

You daily tasks will include:
Administrative Support
Providing administrative support for projects as necessary
Maintaining the office supplies, liaising with external suppliers and contractors, including management of office budgets, expenses and petty cash.
Security Access controller - the allocation and recording of security access fobs.
Maintain company subscriptions schedule, contracts and policies.
Support the Executive Assistant to the CEO in their absence.
Legal Compliance
Proactive management of the company's compliance with relevant UK laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR, HSE). Including auditing and documentation.
Maintaining the Company Asset Register in conjunction with external partners (Finance & IT)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for regulatory inspections, audits, and internal reporting. Annual, bi-annual and quarterly business risk assessments.
Assurance and Policy Oversight
Support the implementation and review of internal policies and compliance frameworks.
Report non-conformities and work with stakeholders to develop corrective actions.
Data & Document Management
Manager physical and electronic filing systems and correspondence.
Safeguard confidential information in line with data protection policies.
Ensure systematic archiving , version control and retention of business critical documents in line with UK regulations.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between department to promote clear and consistent communication.
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Champion best practices while respecting established traditions and protocols.
HR Support
Ensure personnel documents are kept up to date.
Validate right to work documents. DBS checks.
Employment contract preparation for Chief People Officer approval.
On-boarding and off-boarding employees.
HR administration in Atlas. To ensure employee records are kept up to date. Absent days are correctly recorded. Company and statutory training are initaited.
Any other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to you.
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Three to five years experience in a Business Administrative role.
Formal qualification in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Outstanding time and workload management skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to different requirements when necessary.
Strong communication skills.
High standard of English oral and written communication.
Organised, reliable and highly efficient.
Software skills: Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate level.
Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Full-time role, 37.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Salary range circa 37,500-40,000 pa
Due to the nature of the work, this role is NOT suitable for remote working.
