VEO Logistics are on the look out for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team to provide comprehensive administrative support.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Liase with the Director and Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of the logistics operation Take inbound calls and handle with issues as they arise. Ensure all audit requirements are fulfilled by ensuring documents are up to date and processes are being followed.
Establish processes to ensure high level of service is being delivered to our clients.
capturing payroll information and updating accounts on a regular basis.
paying staff weekly from company bank accounts
