To support our team we are seeking an

experienced administrator

to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our residential homes and head office by providing dedicated administrative assistance.

You will be a valued

experienced administrator

and have the ability to multi task to support all areas of our head office and house management team. We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support with day-to-day administration tasks.

This includes tasks such as scheduling and taking minutes for meetings and supervisions, maintaining accurate records, supporting with documentation, and assisting the leadership teams.

The role will include but not be limited to:

Supporting Home managers with Audio Typing confidential notes Aiding recruitment team with scribing during interviews Assisting with managing the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring all documentation, checks, and training are completed in line with safeguarding requirements. Supporting with recruitment administration, including preparing offer letters, and maintaining candidate records. Acting as a point of contact for staff queries related to onboarding, and general administrative support.

What we're looking for:



Someone who has the ability to work independently, with strong communication and organisational skills. Confident Audio & Touch typing A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude. Organised with the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines. Adaptable to change direction, be creative and focused while retaining an organised and structured approach. Experience or interest in HR administration and onboarding processes is desirable.

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
