Responsibilities include;
Delivering the highest quality of customer service to our parent's, children and families.
Manage reception greeting all visitors, children and parents..... A smiley face is a must!
Taking enquiries via telephone and email.
Working with the nursery managers to promote and market the nurseries.
Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail, creating captivating marketing material (Ideally be able to use Adobe Illustrator or other design software).
Financial responsibilities including running monthly invoices.
And finally must be willing to work in a fun and lively nursery environment with a team who are dedicated in caring for young children!
