Business Administration Apprentice,
supporting customer service and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:
In this apprenticeship, you'll gain valuable experience across a range of business administration tasks. You'll play a key role in supporting the team, learning how our systems and processes work, and developing essential workplace skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling customer queries via phone and email
Processing orders and updating internal systems
Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily admin tasks
Assisting with issue resolution and follow-ups
Participating in training sessions and learning new systems and procedures
Developing core skills in communication, problem-solving, and organisation
Your Skills and Experience:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)
