Assist with overall administrative support in the office and provide a link between employees to ensure the efficiency of operation within the business on a day to day basis
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in the preparation of marketing materials and reports.
Assist with the management of the website, which may including sales from the website if required
Organise paperwork and filing systems
Support basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, budget monitoring, and preparing reports.
Assist in updating customer databases and respond to basic
Support coordination of internal and external events, including logistics, communication, and follow-up tasks.
Effectively use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to support daily administrative tasks.
Any other reasonable task as requested by management.
