This role is a part time role - Monday - Thursday 9am - 3.30pm based in our office in Welwyn Garden City AL7 1EL
Main Purpose of Role:
To provide administrative support to our team of Personal Assistants and to our Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using appropriate business communication methods
Manage resources in accordance with company values and business principles
Support event and project planning, logistics and delivery
Maintain accurate and efficient documentation and records
Assist with data input, reporting and analysis
Contribute to continuous improvement in administrative processes
Use and maintain business systems such as databases and spreadsheets
Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Over time and with increasing responsibility, provide calendar and scheduling support to the executive team, as appropriate
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Interest in developing a career in business administration
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Organised, with good time management skills
Able to deal with confidential information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Desirable:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Would suit a school leaver looking to start a professional career in a business environment or someone wanting to move into an administrative role from a different field
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enrol in a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship course.
