Responsibilities:

Conduct business and market research to support the

AI-Based Talent Acquisition Engine

and

Cloud-Based HR & Payroll Management System

projects. Analyse business data, operational metrics, and user behaviour to generate actionable insights. Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making. Support strategy development by evaluating market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices. Work closely with project teams to translate business requirements into research findings and recommendations. Assist in defining KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for ongoing projects. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using business analytics tools. Document research methodologies, findings, and conclusions for internal records and compliance purposes. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Ensure all research activities comply with company policies, GDPR, and internal governance standards.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Management, Business, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience preparing structured reports and business insights.
