We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the charge in mapping current operations and designing the "To-Be" state across people, process, and systems. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our integration programme, bridging gaps, aligning teams, and driving transformation. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex integration programmes Strong project management skills with cross-functional leadership capability Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement Solid understanding of systems integration, data flows, and enterprise architecture Experience working across people, process, and technology domains Background in the telecommunications industry highly preferred Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills Consistently delivers to high standards and meets project deadlines Takes initiative and solves problems proactively Communicates openly and consistently Builds strong relationships and enjoys working with people Calm under pressure, tactful, and approachable Confident in gathering and analysing data Works well as part of a collaborative team

Key responsibilities:



Conduct detailed analysis of current-state business processes across departments Identify gaps and opportunities for optimisation Document workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state ("To-Be") processes Support creation of integration roadmaps and transition plans Align business requirements with technical capabilities and constraints Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Ensure alignment across teams during integration phases Track progress, risks, and dependencies across integration workstreams Support delivery planning, milestone tracking, and reporting Drive accountability and ensure timely execution of deliverables
