Key Responsibilities:
Lead on understanding the technical capabilities of a delivery and supporting translation of these to business functionality
Work closely with technical architecture teams and solution architects to know the scope and solution of the programme
Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and operations to gather, analyse and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specification for new implementations or system enhancements
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment and feasibility studies for new initiatives
Support testing activities by validating test cases, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating between QA and business users
Prepare business process models, workflows and data flow diagrams
Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure successful implementation.
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering session and stakeholder communications
Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements in Capital markets domain
Champion continuous improvement, automation and process optimisation
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Murex and/or Calypso.
Strong understanding of front to back trading lifecycle processes
Strong understanding of Capital markets business processes
Good understanding of regulatory & compliance initiatives to ensure business and system processes adhere to required standards.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project environments
