Job Description

MCS Group are delighted to be working with a global legal organisation who are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining requirements and driving successful implementation of projects, with a particular focus on the firm\'s global intranet using SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities:

• Define requirements for implementing the global SharePoint Online intranet.
• Support delivery and adoption of value-added change initiatives.
• Proactively drive the business analysis approach to success.
• Ensure feasible solutions align with required changes and implementation capabilities.
• Contribute to developing enhanced business analysis standards and team growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven IT Business Analysis experience at a senior level, ideally on multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with large-scale SharePoint Online projects.
• Proficiency in applying business analysis tools and techniques throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Analytical mindset to quickly understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Business Analysis qualification is desirable.
