We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join our Clinical Informatics and Business Change team. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of the Clinical Informatics Framework and wider IMTP milestones. You will work across clinical and non-clinical domains to analyse problems, identify opportunities, and co-design solutions that improve digital health services across NHS Wales.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in business analysis, ideally within health or care settings.
Experienced in using a wide range of business analysis tools and methodologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or other change methodologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A passion for improving patient care and digital transformation.
Main duties of the job
Support Business Change and Clinical Informatics teams by analysing problems and opportunities in our Clinical and non-clinical practices to produce solutions and improvements.
Lead business analysis in small to medium size projects or provide support to larger more complex projects.
Manage stakeholder relationships and develop a good understanding of the identified work area.
Utilise appropriate tools and techniques to capture information and deliver analysis and insights to aid decision making.
