Role: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying and analyzing business problems and client requirements, translating them into actionable solutions that drive organizational change and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Problem Identification & Analysis:

+ Analyze business problems and client requirements that necessitate change within the organization.

Requirements Development:

+ Develop clear, comprehensive business requirements to address identified problems and opportunities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

+ Engage with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.

Business Case Support:

+ Assist in creating business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.

Feasibility Studies:

+ Conduct feasibility assessments to determine the viability of proposed solutions.

Project Reporting:

+ Support the creation of progress reports to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Operational & Process Design:

+ Develop operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within agreed scope.

Change Management:

+ Contribute to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in business analysis within complex organizations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to create detailed business requirements and process documentation. Experience in feasibility studies and business case development. Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
