Role: Business Analyst

Location: London, UK (Onsite)

Contract: Inside IR35

Payments BA with a good technical awareness to support deliveries within Operations. The BA will be required to support the Operations transformation projects.

Required

o Performing GAP analysis between current state and proposed state solutions.

o Supporting the business to gather formal Business Requirements and input into the Technical design documents.

o Formulating testing approaches and support writing of test plans

o A strong delivery track record and someone who can really take ownership of managing tasks

o Ability to work autonomously and initiate and prioritize own work

o Experience in stakeholder management, building positive relationships, and making decisions with positive impact on teams managed.

o Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability.

o Proactive and self-starting individual with high levels of ownership

o A thorough understanding of the project life-cycle and experience of compiling proposal, scope, requirements and testing documents.

o Solid judgment, strong negotiating skills, and a practical approach to implementation - including knowledge of Bank systems.

o Completing project/work-stream status reports.

o General ad-hoc support for any new requirements or issues related to the project.

o Draft clear, concise, and complete PowerPoint decks and other presentation materials used to update senior management and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

o Review and present management information, reporting, monthly and periodical submissions to Business/Branch recipients as required.

Nice-to-have

o Payments Processing experience.

o Experience of relevant Payments Regulations e.g. PSR, SEPA, PSD2, cross-border transactions.

o Exposure to different project delivery lifecycles, Waterfall and Agile.

o Reconciliation controls and matching processes.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 351.63-400.00 per day
