Position Overview: As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our technology solutions align seamlessly with our operational requirements. You will serve as a key liaison, gathering and translating business needs into actionable specifications, and driving the development and enhancement of cutting-edge diamond trading products.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Elicitation and Analysis:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for diamond trading and manufacturing operations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Product Ownership:

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user expectations.
• Define clear product vision, goals, and detailed user stories for development teams.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges, and effectively communicating solutions and progress.

Agile Methodology:

• Work within Agile methodologies, participating in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Prioritize user stories, maintain the product backlog, and ensure sprint goals are met.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance teams to ensure that developed products meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Market and Industry Insights:

• Stay current with industry trends and market demands, incorporating insights into product development strategies.

Change Management:

• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions for stakeholders as new products and enhancements are introduced.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and process flows.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of diamond trading, manufacturing, or luxury goods business processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the diamond industry is a strong plus.
