Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst

with strong expertise in

retail supply chain management

to support our

Future Transformation & Optimization (FTO) programme

. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver

end-to-end supply chain tracking initiatives

from depot to retail to final mile.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct discovery analysis and define user stories, use cases, and requirements. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and deliver transformation initiatives. Leverage retail BOH, auto receiving, and item-level logistics expertise to drive improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer experience. Manage stakeholder communication and alignment in an agile environment.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in

supply chain management & optimization

. Strong knowledge of

retail BOH operations, auto receiving, logistics at item level

. Proven experience in

discovery analysis, requirement gathering, and agile delivery

. Excellent

communication and stakeholder management skills

. Retail industry background (business analyst/product management preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with

Agile methodologies & project management tools

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 237.28-500.15 per day
