that's transforming operations through multi-year, high-value programmes which span multiple business units. The team will play a key role in defining how enterprise-wide transformation is delivered, with visibility and sponsorship at the highest levels.
Your Role
As a Technology Business Analyst you will be a key contributor in uncovering business needs and to enhance and standardise process through systems, operational technology and organisational improvements.
In partnership with a Project Manager, you will create innovative and impactful solutions to complex business challenges, engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Group.

Preferred experience:
Business Analysis knowledge and experience
Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills e.g. BPMN.
Hands-on experience in technology projects within complex environments.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
