We're looking for someone who:

Knows their way around digital systems and web technologies Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Loves problem-solving - whether it's squashing bugs, analysing data, or finding clever solutions to tricky challenges

You will be responsible for

As a Senior Analyst, you'll help drive improvements and innovation across our websites and apps. From working on exciting new projects to fine-tuning existing features, you'll be hands-on with the systems that power around 30% of Booker Group's sales.


You'll collaborate closely with the Booker Digital team, making sure our online platforms are slick, secure, and always one step ahead of customer expectations.


You will need
Prior experience as a Technical Business Analyst Good practical experience of web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript. Experience of managing integrated e-commerce products (e.g., Sitecore Experience Commerce) incorporating Apps, modern website technologies and web development Previous experience in APIs management and development Experience of using system performance tools such as Datadog is desirable. Strong understanding of data analysis, database management, and system integration. Proven experience of using testing and issue management tools such as Jira. Knowledge and understanding of web site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and ContentSquare. Good technical project management background with successful delivery of change programs to time, quality and budget within an agile development framework.
