Our valued IT & Business Analyst roles use their in-depth knowledge to ensure that our customer data is of the highest accuracy and quality, and that the content of our CRM platform, telephony platform and marketing database is fit for purpose.

Responsibilities



Assist in onboarding and offboarding of new crew members.

Source and set up new IT equipment and hardware to include printers, iPads, tablets, TVs, personal desktop, programs/printers, phone system etc.

Research, development and implementation including training out of new software.

Management and creation of AirTable bases and HubSpot CRM, including implementation of new workflows where required.

Engage in conference calls with third parties during and outside of work hours where required.

Undertake ad-hoc tasks from management that is deemed a suitable request.

The ability to troubleshoot and resolve unplanned issues with any IT systems managed in-house.

Global administrator roles within THL IT team, managing THL off prem server & exchange server. managing and assigning licences. management of VTA roles. SharePoint management, Motek set up.

Global IT projects, such as full MFA audit for all sites. Full server audit for UK & Ireland. Folder & files audit from Bunk server & migration to THL server.

Involvement with IT global team for upcoming changes & rolling out regionally

On site & Remote management for 5 depots. Troubleshooting issues, software installation & updates. Admin override for any advanced features.

Management of all staff tickets & communication with Motek Support & IT Helpdesk to resolve.

Support & advise on any IT changes to current systems within the business

Project management for all internal IT systems. Working with departments to design, build & update any new systems, i.e. On Road Support, Risk assessments, Daily Huddles, Sales & prep

Installation & management of new and current network and physical IT infrastructure. i.e. planning, budgeting, decommission of previous infrastructure. Installing a new server & ethernet ports to new RVSC site & ongoing management.

Creation, distribution & troubleshooting of key internal reporting, i.e. RAM Report, Power BI reports

Telephony management, troubleshooting and installation of software & hardware

Design, create & manage automations for key systems within the business across multiple platforms.

Support department head with budget management.

Support department head and global IT group with upholding data recovery policy.

Experience



A genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers is required, along with excellent communication skills, an aptitude for I T packages and inhouse systems. Attention to detail, resilient, flexible and a passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

You should also demonstrate -

Proven ability in delivering projects to demanding timescales.

A good understanding of change and risk management within a complex operational environment

Ideally have experience of managing and supporting 24/7 web-based applications in both B2B and B2C environments.

Experience of utilising HubSpot to continually improve customer interactions and business practices.

Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills.

Ability to identify areas for improvement and effectively provide costings.

Fosters a high level of morale at all times.

Experienced working at all levels, demonstrating strong relationship building skills.

Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - demonstrating business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected.

Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environment.

Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills.

Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.

A passion for the customer and insight.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
