About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Business and Administration Executive
to support the smooth operation of our offices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming workspace.
You will play a key role in office management, staff support, health and safety, and executive assistance, helping to ensure our organisation runs efficiently day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Run the front desk: sign-in/out, post, visitor queries.
Administer access control: create/update/blacklist fobs; keep system time accurate.
Maintain office supplies across both sites (stationery, hygiene, kitchen).
Oversee cleanliness; manage cleaners and external contractors; arrange repairs.
Lead H&S on-site: daily checks, fire marshal duties, first aid kit upkeep & incident reports.
Support culture & comms initiatives with HR; improve staff communication.
Coordinate meetings: scheduling, logistics, minutes.
Manage office systems: create/update staff QR codes.
Handle WhosOff: onboard new starters; update absences/leave; answer absence line.
Support onboarding (ID scans) and general printing/scanning.
Provide ad-hoc executive support to senior leaders.
