We're looking for a

Business Applications & Improvement Lead

to join our dynamic Technology & Business Improvement (TBI) team. This is a key role responsible for managing and developing the suite of technology systems and applications that support the Mid-Market area of the business.



Working at the intersection of business operations and global technology, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver technical development projects in line with our Mid-Market technology roadmap.




The Role




Technology & Systems Management + Oversee the ongoing maintenance and development of Mid-Market business applications and platforms.
+ Lead fault resolution, incident response, and ensure timely ticket management.
+ Ensure compliance with security policies and lead on risk remediation activities.
+ Manage cloud development, architecture, and system integrations.
+ Coordinate licensing, certificates, and vendor relationships.
+ Champion and Dataverse maintain the technical governance framework.
+ Drive continuous system improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
+ Liaise with global technology teams to implement enterprise-wide technology policies and standards.
Project & Delivery Leadership + Lead the planning and delivery of technical projects including:
+ Application upgrades
+ Data migrations
+ Platform and user experience enhancements
+ Fileshare migrations
+ Manage internal developers and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
+ Maintain project oversight to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
Governance & Compliance + Lead governance and compliance workstreams across the TBI function.
+ Implement and improve procedural frameworks and documentation standards.
+ Coordinate KPI tracking, reporting, and performance reviews across workstreams and projects.
Stakeholder & Change Management + Collaborate with business leads within the H&B GB Mid-Market function to plan, promote, and roll out technology upgrades.
+ Act as a trusted advisor and technology partner to non-technical teams.
+ Communicate complex technical concepts in an inclusive and user-friendly way.

The Requirement




Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and internal developers. Proven experience in application/platform management in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong technical background with experience in cloud technologies and system integration. Solid understanding of IT compliance, governance, and information security best practices. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
