As a Business Apprentice in Legal Operations, youxe2x80x99ll earn a salary while working towards a qualification and gaining hands-on experience.In this role, you will develop your ability and learn how to support the Legal Services team by assisting with a range of tasks, such as managing administrative duties, coordinating travel arrangements and bookings, and processing invoices. Youxe2x80x99ll learn how to secure destruction of legal documents, request and handle archived materials, and assist with the preparation of important documents, including minutes, reports, and court bundles. Additionally, youxe2x80x99ll gain experience in supporting lawyers by maintaining files in our bespoke case management system.This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the heart of our community, gain valuable insight into how Legal Services operate, and contribute to supporting local people across Halton and beyond.Hours: 37 per weekYour Contributions:

• At least 4 GCSEs (grade 4+), including Maths and English Language.
• Strong communication skills, good numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and seek guidance when needed.
• Confident using IT, particularly Word and Excel.
• Well-organised with effective workload planning.
• Flexible, proactive, and creative in problem-solving.
• Enjoys collaborating and contributing innovative ideas.
