Are you an experienced Business Architect who is passionate about making a difference?

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Architect to support our expanding Enterprise Architecture team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting new role within the team, to support the Group to create clear and efficient ways of working through high quality processes, holistic service design and embracing the use of data and technology. The design of products and solutions is based upon strong CCX (Customer and Colleague Experience), bringing together process engineering and solutions based upon Microsoft cloud technologies and line of business solutions.

This is a varied role where you will establish a holistic view of the business, considering how people, process, and technology work together to deliver the current-state and future-state enterprise architecture as a fully connected organisation, as articulated through strategically aligned and recently refreshed Target Operating Models.

You will also work closely with stakeholders and customers to provide service design capabilities to the evolution of our processes and products, as we seek to embrace new and efficient ways of working which offer an excellent, modern customer experience, whilst keeping us legislatively compliant and lean in our operations.

Some of the things we are looking for:

Proven experience in a similar position with a broad and deep knowledge of the operations of a modern housing association (including the legislative challenges within the sector)

Experience of process design and customer experience/journey mapping

Experience of working with target operating models to define current/future state of the services provided

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, reflect and influence key decisions

Previous experience of developing and implementing operational plans

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations occasionally as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester. Any required travel will be reimbursed in line with the current inland revenue mileage rates
