Business Architect
Job Description
Synapri are on the hunt for a Business Architect on a contract basis to support a higher education customer on a CRM/ERP transformation programme. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for defining the organisation's target operating model (TOM) and associated Capability Architecture. This position will also have a focus on aligning business processes and capabilities to enable the replacement of legacy systems and support a wider business transformation, defining architectural principles and supporting the business case for the ERM/ERP programme. For this role you must have experience in providing Target Operating Model design & definition and supporting capability Architecture across ERP/CRM transformation projects. Proven Business Architect with a strong understanding of operating model design, capability mapping, and architecture alignment Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience running workshops and design sessions Background in working with Enterprise Architecture and Finance teams to shape business cases and transformation strategies Experienced in creation transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks
