Job Responsibilities

Project Expense Review & Approval Control

Serve as the "frontline checkpoint" for expense disbursements, responsible for reviewing and approving payment requests for various project-related business expenditures (including ad placements, content operations, R&D-related servers and accounts, etc.).

Budget vs. Actual Expense Management & Review

Establish and maintain a project expense ledger for each project: budget preparation, actual expense recording, and classification by dimension (business / channel / R&D).Conduct post-analysis of expenses to identify abnormal spending, make rational recommendations, and prevent resource waste or non-compliant operations.

Revenue Audit & Risk Prevention

Assist in reviewing the source and allocation process of project revenues from advertising or subscription top-ups, preventing inflated revenue reporting, hidden kickbacks, or revenue-sharing fraud.Provide audit support and accountability assessment for ad placement repayments and traffic monetization revenue sharing.

Data Monitoring Mechanism Development & Maintenance

Assist in building a data-driven audit supervision mechanism, using data analysis models and cross-checks with business data to detect risk signals or provide early warnings.Support the integration and structured management of audit-related data.

Risk Control Loop Support

Participate in the full audit cycle: pre-event alerts, in-process warnings, and post-event investigations; assist supervisors in implementing corrective actions and conducting follow-up reviews.

Other Special Audits & Internal Monitoring Tasks

Assist supervisors with other specialized audit or internal control tasks as needed.

Requirements

Professional Background & Experience

Prior experience in internal audit or financial inspection preferred;

Or experience in internet traffic-related business, such as familiarity with channel ad placements, content operations, ad revenue sharing, account management, traffic push model optimization, etc.;

Familiarity with monetization models (ads/membership), sensitivity to multi-site structures, content distribution, and traffic metrics.

Skills

Proficient in office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, budgeting and analysis templates);

Familiarity with data analysis tools and AI applications is a plus;

Strong logical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.

Strict confidentiality regarding company information security and business secrets;

Strong learning ability and adaptability, with flexibility to adjust tasks according to project pace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
