Job Responsibilities

1.Project Expense Review and Process Oversight

Serve as the initial checkpoint for expense approvals, responsible forreviewing business expenditure requests (e.g., advertising, contentoperations, R&D-related servers, and accounts).

Independently verify documentation and assist the supervisor inadvancing the approval process, ensuring compliance andreasonableness.

2.Budget and Expense Reconciliation Management

Establish and maintain project expense ledgers, complete budgetpreparation, record actual expenditures, and categorize them(business/channel/R&D).

Conduct reconciliation analysis of budgets versus actuals, identifyabnormal expenditures, and propose improvement suggestions.

3.Revenue Review and Risk Prevention

Review revenue streams such as advertising income andsubscription payments, along with their allocation processes, toprevent risks like inflated revenue, hidden rebates, or irregularprofit-sharing.

Provide audit support and assist the supervisor in accountabilityassessments.

4.Data Oversight and Early Warning Mechanisms

Participate in building and improving data-driven oversightmechanisms, using data comparisons to identify potential risks.

Manage structured data to ensure completeness and traceability.

5.Risk Control Closed-Loop Execution Support

Participate in preemptive reminders, real-time warnings, and post-event investigations to ensure audit findings are implemented incorrective actions.

Track rectification progress, complete reconciliations, and proposeimprovement suggestions.

6.Special Audits and Collaboration

Independently conduct special audits or internal monitoring tasks asassigned by the supervisor.

Communicate with relevant departments to ensure auditrecommendations are implemented.

Essential Requirements

1.Professional Integrity

Maintain integrity and fairness, acting as a "firewall" for professionalauditing.?

Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to complete tasksindependently.

2.Professional Skills

At least 2 years of experience in auditing, financial inspection, orrelated fields.

Proficient in office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, functions,budget analysis templates).

Basic skills in data organization and risk identification.

3.Analytical Thinking and Adaptability

Strong logical thinking and problem attribution skills.

Quick learner, capable of adapting to the fast-paced and evolvingnature of internet businesses.

Preferred Qualifications (Non-Essential)

Experience in internet traffic businesses, such as advertising, channelprofit-sharing, or subscription models.

Familiarity with internet monetization models (advertising/membership)and sensitivity to traffic metrics.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools) or AI-assistedtools.

Proven ability to independently drive cross-departmental collaborationand audit rectification.Compensation and Benefits

Total Annual Salary: 30k-34k (comprising base salary + mealallowance, with specific proportions determined based on individualcircumstances).

Year-End Bonus: Based on performance.

Team Building: Monthly department activities.
