We're looking for a creative and forward-thinking Business Change Analyst to join our Solutions Delivery Team and help shape the future of digital transformation across our organisation.
What will you be doing in this role?
Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering business and digital solutions that improve how we work and the services we offer our communities. You'll work closely with stakeholders across CGA to gather requirements, map processes, and support change initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency.
You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that includes fellow Business Analysts and works in close partnership with IT, Infrastructure, external vendors, and service leads. Together, you'll ensure that technology is usable, useful, and impactfuland that changes have meaningful impact for our customers and colleagues.
From facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement to developing communication plans and supporting solution adoption, you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey.

The main things:
Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and translate technical concepts clearly
Solid understanding of change management and supporting solution adoption
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Power Platform (Power Apps), and experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Logical problem-solving abilities and familiarity with enterprise architecture principles
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
It would be great if you also had:
Experience in regulated or values-driven sectors (e.g. housing, healthcare, public sector)
Knowledge of housing sector applications and visualisation technologies
Familiarity with change management frameworks or possession of relevant certifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG Change Management)
Professional certifications such as AgilePM, Prince2, TOGAF, SCRUM, or SAFe
Working arrangements
This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You should expect to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs. You'll also be working across CGA's sites in Preston, so being local and flexible is key to providing timely support when needed.
