Reporting to the Head of Delivery - Supply Chain, you will support the delivery of critical Strategic project/s. Supported by the Change Management Community, Business Owner & Project Manager you will create the plan of activities, to support the build phase of the project and early life support. Working at a delivery level you will lead the workstream and co-ordinate activity across the global cross-functional impacted areas, to achieve our project objectives. You will also build and lead a business change network, driving activities through to delivery.
Stakeholder management of all relevant parties, at all levels, within our business and ensure communication is timely and provides clarity on what it means for our colleagues.
This role is Hybrid and whilst most of the work is expected to be remote, attendance in Corby, Nuneaton and/or London office will periodically be required. The job holder may also be required to travel across other locations within the group as needed.
What you'll be doing:
Deliver & champion standards, using the tools provided, capabilities and skills across our change network to successfully managing this change across the globe.
Lead the business change activity for this project including the impact of change assessment, business readiness planning, communications and stakeholder engagement.
Co-ordinate the business change across the planned project activity to ensure we achieve our desired business outcomes and benefits realisation.
Develop and manage a virtual 'change network' team made up of people across the end-to-end process in all related functions. Ensure this team remains proactive, effective and committed to driving and embedding the changes required.
Provide leadership to, and facilitate the work of, cross-functional change network. Ensure team members remain motivated and committed to the project objectives whilst balancing the demands of any BAU commitments.
Identify and manage risks, issues and inter-project dependencies associated with change management, ensuring visibility, with plans to resolve, and managed through with all relevant stakeholders.
About you:
Proven Change Management experience leading the business elements of several projects and stakeholders with a track record of delivering business change to achieve outcomes and benefits.
Proactive, positive attitude and delivery focused.
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to drive others in a professional and collaborative environment.
Experience of working in the relevant business environment (Digital, Customer Services, Supply Chain Distribution, Finance, Infrastructure).
Experience of working with a variety of delivery methodologies including Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid.
Strong team facilitation skills - able to manage and motivate people at all levels in the organisation.
Remains calm during periods of pressure and / or when dealing with issue resolution.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills, able to work across functions, geographies and cultures.
Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to challenge constructively, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation.
Experience of working in a complex, international project environment.
Certified Project Management qualifications e.g. APM, Prince 2, MSP, Agile.
Change Management methodologies and/or certified Change Management qualifications e.g. Kotter, PROSCI.
Strong focus on effective and engaging change management, and exposure to formalised change methodologies.
