Our Personal Support (PS) team is at the heart of Mencap's mission - delivering personalised, high-quality support that helps people with a learning disability live life as they choose.
We're on an exciting digital journey to enhance the way we support the people we work with. We're committed to improving the systems and processes that underpin the care we provide including how we record and share key information that is vital to delivering the most effective care to people we support. This role will largely be focussed on the What Matters Most App (WMMA) - a tool that helps our teams record information, access support plans and share updates more easily and securely.
To make this vision a reality, we're looking for a Business Change Manager to lead the way.

You'll act as the bridge between our digital development team, our PS colleagues, and senior stakeholders. You'll make sure the project stays on track, the developments are right for our users, and that everyone involved feels informed, supported and empowered along the way.
